Ive expected so much from staying out of touch "cant you drive a little bit further to reclaim your place?" Na Im in no rush just plain out of such amounts of patience that it might take to be driving out of the way. Frustrated while im swervin and im speedin screaming feelin "fuck it" turn the wheel and now im kneelin at the side of the road like "where do i go from here?" Because i dont know if ive been chasing or evading but playing myself? Like a radio but on an isolated station. "its gotta play my song today." Feet in to blocks into miles tears into shock into mild disarray "where the hell were you today?" Like fear thats been locked since a child deep in your heart all the while youve been driving out of the way Now Ive been having no luck but im not complaining much it takes a while and a little sharp turn to inflame my face but i am so stuck and my strength is not enough for me still ill try just one more time to do this my way

Its finally done, rescued by a crashing plane YEAH! saved by a sinking ship and untold "the safest place inside this trips a friend" Were blessed with one thing the crashing rain be thankful as the thunder rips your under it, "But it gets worse before its better my friend" This crowd has always put me off No room to keep your secrets, but did you need it to cover your tracks? So evident with that, This loud hallways cut me off Even the normal steps too uneven I wonder if i have, been leaving my own tracks I tried it was fun, rescued by a tidal wave YEAH! sitting in my burning house alone, but the craziest place is outside the walls with them it ingests you at once the agitated flames be grateful as, the floor descends your wonderin "can it get worse before its better again" This town falls way from the top full bloom to placed in pieces and their weakness was in their hands so careful they were with that this loud hallways cut me off even the normal steps too uneven i wonder if i have been living life too fast This town falls way from the top but You made it You made it Yeah

In the end followed home, all that work has just paid off intelligent diligence oh how they think im alone here But I built these walls and Ill be God damned if I die here tonight We built these walls Ill be God damned if we die here alone. In the end followed home, all-in first, beat the odds indefinite advocate I wish i could just tell you your going to fail So Fuck it, Complain, grovel right to your grave This solace takes u in a new way every word starts the trippin but your learning through your own mistakes And me? Im at a loss for words, so let the fist throw firsts and before we know whos hurt the lights shut off first They find you in your place thats all in due time please whether you make or break your mind at least make some noise Out of mind, I dont mind but release the pressure Out of mind, I dont mind Circle the lie Out of mind, I dont mind it relieves the pressure out of mind i dont matter Sick as the dog But shed light on the human suffering, this is one who would truly deserve this Stealing at the first sign of sacrifice which hand can we break down first angry? no need to be concerned, your chance to shame the world before we know whos worse we destroy them all first.

Breathe Another Day But ill never really rest again, following tradition wishing I didn't lose like 20 friends remember this and mend death is the symphony quickly confined to a dissonance in my position I figure whether his face on this shirt would even differ for the bigger picture, years later, inadvertent or for certain, well before our sermon ceremonially serves its purpose were in the dirt perhaps from our own internal collapse who will find you in your casket? Preacher stands above you but who or what is there after? From screams to the laughter, disaster or castles, masters or practiced, pastors or bastards, fast, last or the track, blast passed from the back, Im seeing where your at, snap back to the past. If your future is trash compacted half disaster I would have to ask you wheres your next move? But no Im overthinking Ive got control Ive got it Cheat, lie in shame, Deceive, lie and hate, Unpleased to make change See? You cant see yourself away? Yeah........ Up, Awake Ive got control Up Away Yeah Ive got control Up, Awake, End Ive got control Up away YeAH iVE GOT CONTROL iVE GOT IT

about

SilhouEttE of A GIANT kind of opens up with this alternative country song that really gives you no idea what is going to come next on the album. The first and only lyrical songs published since the beginning of Evertheoptimists. Driving out of the way was made from magic garageband and there were no intentions of keeping it as a song until positive feedback made it happen. Its a jumpy album as far as genre or style so you never can get settled in and adjusted for the entire duration.
